How do I return an item?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and the email address you used when purchasing the product
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Items purchased from our website in unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, and re-sellable condition with all of the tags intact and postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date (per the carrier tracking).

What items are non-refundable? 

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable; see your original receipt for details)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, soiled, or had the tags removed
  • Items not postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date (per the carrier tracking).

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date at hello@fieldtripbrand.com or call us at (540) 208-1817.

Can the items be exchanged?

At this time we do not offer exchanges. Instead, we recommend you return the original item(s) and place a new order on our website for the new item(s). 

Return shipping for the original item is free*, but as with all purchases, the new item will be charged the $5 flat-rate shipping fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Our packaging comes with two adhesive strips so that you can reuse it for the return. We will send you a prepaid mailing label that you can attach to this packaging. The prepaid amount is based on the weight of the original packaging. If you choose to use your own packaging, you are responsible for ensuring that the proper additional postage is paid. Otherwise, the package will be returned to you by the carrier.

What are the refund options?

Once we receive your item(s) and verify the return was postmarked within the 14-day return period and are in unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, and re-sellable condition, we will apply your refund to the original payment method, not including the original shipping fee.

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed on our end within 2 working days. It may take additional time for you to see the credit on your original payment method.
