Shipping
We offer $5 flat-rate shipping to the contiguous United States.
We offer free returns when our original shipping packaging is used. Read more about our returns policy below.
Orders placed before noon Eastern time will ship the same business day. Orders placed after noon Eastern time will ship the following business day.
Delivery times depend on where your order is being mailed. Typically, you will receive your shirt(s) within 2-7 business days. Once your package has shipped, we will send a tracking number to the email address with which you placed your order.
We typically ship via USPS. If you prefer another carrier, please let us know in the notes section at checkout or email us at hello@fieldtripbrand.com after checkout and refer to your name and order number.
We currently do not ship overseas.
We use recycled poly mailers from EcoEnclose that are both recyclable plastic #4 and reusable for returns (they have two adhesive strips). In the case of larger orders, we use USPS cardboard boxes that are recyclable. We are currently looking for ways to improve the ink used on our stickers and paper inclusions. Returns
Items purchased from our website in unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, and re-sellable condition with all of the tags intact and postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date (per the carrier tracking).
If upon opening the package you realize the purchased product is damaged, reach out to us within 24 hours of the delivered time at hello@fieldtripbrand.com or call us at (540) 208-1817.
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable; see your original receipt for details)
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, soiled, or had the tags removed
- Items not postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date (per the carrier tracking).
- Visit our returns center.
- Enter your the email address you used when purchasing your items.
- Enter the six-digit verification code you were sent via email or via the Shop app.
- Select the item(s) that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note if desired.
- Click Request Return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
Once we receive your item(s) and verify the return was postmarked within the 14-day return period and are in unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, and re-sellable condition, we will apply your refund to the original payment method, not including the original shipping fee.
The refund request will be processed on our end within 2 working days. It may take additional time for you to see the credit on your original payment method.
If an item was purchased on sale or with a pre-order discount you will be refunded the amount you paid, minus shipping.
If an item was purchased using a "15% off 2+" discount, the amount refunded will depend on whether the number of discounted items not returned still fall within the discount parameters.
If you purchased a total of 3+ items under the discount and returned only one, you would still have 2+ items under the discount, which still qualifies you to receive the discount. The returned item will be refunded at the amount paid.
If you purchased two items under the discount and returned one, you would no longer qualify to receive the discount. The returned item will be refunded according to the formula "Total paid for both items before shipping - full price of the item kept". For example:
- Shirt one: $185 discounted 15% to $157.25
- Shirt two: $185 discounted 15% to $157.25
- Discounted total before shipping: $314.50
- In this case, the returned item would be refunded using the formula $314.50 - $185 = $129.50 refund
