Each of our fabrics has to pass a series of tests before it can be considered for our clothing. Here's what it takes to make the grade.

 

IS IT OEKO-TEX CERTIFIED?

Our skin is our largest organ. And it absorbs everything we put on it. So there is no place for harmful chemicals in our fabrics. We only source from mills whose fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified and only use fabrics that are:

• PFAS-free
• PFOS-free
• PFOA-free
• PFC-free
• DWR-free
• Formaldehyde-free

Bonus: this also results in more breathable and comfortable fabrics, especially noticeable for those with sensitive skin.

 

IS IT BREATHABLE?

Some of our styles weigh as little as 4 oz. This means less sweating, easier layering, and super-quick dry times (not to mention a lighter suitcase). But we make sure — either through how they are woven, color, or pattern — that they are not see through.

 

CAN IT GO HIGH-LOW?

Is it polished enough to pair with a suit, but still easy enough for your denim? We want each piece to be the most versatile piece in your closet.

 

DOES IT LOOK GOOD TUCKED AND UNTUCKED?

All of our fabrics need to hold their shape when untucked, while being light enough to tuck in comfortably (no extra fabric bumps) and blouse beautifully.

 

IS IT MACHINE WASHABLE?

We believe in easy care and last-minute wash and wear. Who has time to go to the dry cleaner?
