Why Our Clothes Are the First Thing You'll Put in Your Suitcase

Why Our Clothes Are the First Thing You'll Put in Your Suitcase

Here's four reasons our clothing will be the first thing you put in your suitcase.

TRAVEL WITH A CARRY ON AND PLENTY OF OPTIONS

Most of our clothing weighs less than 7 oz. and pack super flat. In fact, you could travel with 12 of our shirts and it will weigh less than 4 pounds, while taking up mere inches in your suitcase. That leaves you 36 pounds...and probably space for an extra pair of shoes. And a lot less chance of having your luggage go missing.

STOP PLANNING EVERY. SINGLE. OUTFIT.

You know what they say about the best laid plans. We've never taken a trip where we wore the clothes as originally intended, whether it was an unexpected heat wave/cold snap, more humidity/rain than predicted, the local dress code is different than anticipated, or we just didn't feel like wearing an outfit we packed.

We still plan outfits for special events with a specific dress code, but for the rest, we pack a variety of bottoms to mix and match with our shirts and plan outfits on the go as weather, occasion, and local dress code dictates.

Each silhouette is made to work with everything from shorts to suiting, and come in classic colors that pair with what's already in your suitcase. Or what you happen to discover along the way (like that fabulous skirt you found in Rome).

NO WASHER, NO DRYER? NO PROBLEM.

Our clothing is hand-washable and air dries within 1.5 hours, so whether you are traveling for long periods, visiting multiple cities, or experience the inevitable accident or stain, you won't need to find a local dry cleaner, pay for hotel laundry service, or be down an outfit. And many are so light you can wash them in the hotel ice bucket.

OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE (THAT WON'T HAVE YOU STANDING OUT)

Even in a foreign country we want to feel like we fit in, but it's challenging to find clothing that blends in with the locals and supports walking miles a day.

Our clothes are designed to keep you looking chic and pulled together, while being comfortable and breathable enough to play tourist all day. They are cut for all-day movement and airflow and rendered in super-breathable 100% cotton. Trust us, we've walked for hours and then breezed into a Michelin-starred dinner without requiring an outfit change. We've also been addressed in other languages because they assumed we were locals. :)

We design every style with travel in mind because we believe that travel isn't about packing more. It's about packing more in. After all, isn't getting away also about leaving our baggage behind?
